KELIS GIVES BIRTH, NAS NOT ALLOWED TO WATCH!

Essence.com reports Kelis welcomed a baby boy to the world July 21. She went into labor around 10:30 A.M. We’re awaiting details on the baby’s name and weight. Nas, who is currently in a bitter divorce battle with the “Bossy” singer, was reportedly at the hospital but not allowed to witness the birth of his first son. We don’t know why!? But that sucks! Congrats to Nas and Kelis!
We will keep you posted on the developments on Nas and Kelis…

I’m pretty sure he was allowed to see his son after the birth, but as someone who has worked in deilvery rooms, the woman in labor has the right to prohibit certain people from that experience if they can cause her stress during the birth, it is a very stressfull time, and if the woman is under stress and there are people in the room at the time that are cause her stress it could be harmful to the baby, and since there divorce seems to be quite messy, it makes perfect sense not to have him in the room. She wasn’t being a Bitch she wass looking out for the well being of herself and her child. No offense to Nas. I wouldn’t have wanted him in the room either….
