NAS AND KELIS DIVORCE GETS UGLIER! NAS DISCLOSES FINANCIAL STATUS…

The divorce between Kelis and her rapper hubby, Nas is getting ugly. Kelis is due anytime now, but she is still battling her financial status since their split. Nas disclosed his earning and expenses to support the fact that his financial state is not what Kelis has thinks it is. Kelis’ divorce petition indicated that he had received $11 million for his deal with Def Jam in 2006, he in fact only received close to $4 million. Nas xposes that his monthly income has decreased to $147, 165. Nas’ monthly expenses, on the other hand, currently total $71, 371.96, including $10,000 on his personal grooming alone, clothing and toiletries included. Well damn I don’t even spend that much on myself in six months! Must be nice!
Kelis on the other hand tells the courts since her separation from Nas in November of last year, her average monthly income had decreased to $21, 616, almost $60,000 less than her projected expenses, once she gives birth to the child she is expecting with her ex. “My survival is based on [his] will at this time,” Kelis said. “If he does not want to pay for an expense, it does not get paid.” Nas said that he’d be willing to pay $5,000 a month in child support, which he called a “reasonable amount.”

I hate that there marrage came to this…I thought they was going to be a real power hip hop couple…but 5,000 is pretty reasonable…how many gold chains can you fit on a new born… 5,000 is real reasonable
I hate this for them. I wanted them to be the cool hip hop couple that would last.. he will take care of his child no doubt but Kelis wants to also make sure she is cared for and i think that may be where the problem comes in.. ?
5K seems reasonable for a child but not for Kelis expenses maybe. i hope they work it out b4 it gets any worse,,,
I think 5,000 a month in child support is enough. I also think Nas is lying about his income. The $71, 371.96 in expenses might be true…..Hell between my (personal) and (business) expenses I’m shelling out about (35,000) a month. But I think Nas makes more than $147, 165 a month. When Kelis gets on her feet I think she should provide for herself….hopefully Nas will continue to take care of his kids.

This is just sad. I actually do not think $5,000 is enough to be the mother of your child, but that’s just me. I think the most disturbing part is that Kelis admits her life from this point on relies on whether Nas coughs up. Never rely on a man for you happiness and well being!
This is real funny ..Kelis needs to take care of herself, nas’s only responsibility is his child and 5000 a month is more than enough ,take it from a father who takes care of his child and anybody who differs with that comment i am sure they are probabky looking to make money off there conception also.
Hopefully, it won’t get any uglier than that get-up she has on….dang, milkshake in everybody plate!!! LOL

Ceecee….I co-own a Real Estate Company with my brother we sell houses and rent out etc. I run my art business Kenjoslinfineart, Inc….I own an art gallery that my sisters runs for me….I am a part time (commodity broker) similar to a (stock broker) and I have been buying stocks and mutual funds since I was 18 years old and they have performed very well over the years. You add all that up and you can make a nice income. I WORK REALLY HARD…AND MOST OF ALL I’M TRULY BLESSED. I PLANTED MY SEED LONG TIME AGO…AND NOW IT’S HARVESTING.
And I have a lot of high profile art collectors.

When people measure themselves by ‘monetary value’, it all sounds good but who needs to know this ish~! I mean those that make it don’t brag about it, don’t publish it or don’t even want to talk about it….NOW $5K is enough money to ME, if there are other expenses her $21 can pay for it…! Welcome to the real world 101!
