Chris Brown is to report to court today to receive his sentencing. He is expected to receive five years probation, six months community service and will have to attend domestic counseling classes for a year in connection with his brutal attack on ex-girlfriend Rihanna after a Grammys party February 8 Los Angeles.

He will also have to adhere to a restraining order that requires him to stay at least 50 yards away from the ‘Umbrella’ singer, unless they are at work-related events. However, we hear that Rihanna has asked to have the order of protection lifted. Rihanna is willing to be protected only by a “level-one order,” which, says her attorney Donald Etra, “would prevent Chris from annoying, molesting or harassing her.” But the attorney says this is no change: Rihanna’s position from the beginning is that there was no need for that level of “protective order.”

Interesting.
