The party planner, Anthony Shorter, is trying to “save face” and has been calling different radio stations to give his side of the story after the blow up with Sheree on Real Housewives of Atl last week…He also responded publicly to Atl Blogger Sandra Rose about the incident. Check out what he had to say:

Hi Sandra,

I am reaching out trying to get the facts straight. First, I am not GAY! Married with children, and love P*SSY.

Second, I was never hired by Sheree of Bravo to do a party. This even was for the Atlanta Music Festival, and the producer’s ask me to modify the even to be included in an episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, entitled Sheree’s Divorce Party.

I also consider myself to be a professional with a long standing resume. But, unless you have work with Sheree or had any dealings with her you wouldn’t understand, where I am coming from.

He also claims that Sheree was banned from her own party:

The Atlanta Music Festival Association was forced to ban Sheree Whitfield from her own party. The event scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 7:30PM will go on as scheduled without the reality star. The Atlanta Music Festival sights irreconcilable differences as their reasons for banning her from the party. Tony Shorter, Executive Director of the Atlanta Music Festival Association said, “Ms. Whitfield is way too difficult to work with and needs a reality check.” The star-studded event “A Brand New Me Soiree,” was originally scheduled to be taped as a divorce party honoring Ms. Whitfield who recently divorced former Atlanta Falcon player Bob Whitfield as part of the Bravo Network reality show, the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
