Mo’Nique Promotes HIGHLY-Anticipated Film Precious! (Trailer, A Must See)

Have you guys seen the trailer for the upcoming movie alled “Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Saaphire” starring Mo’Nique? The movie is executive produced by Oprah and Tyler Perry. Acclaimed producer and director Lee Daniels is the mastermind behind this very important, moving and highly-anticipated film. Precious tells the story of a Harlem, overweight, illiterate teen named Precious who is the victim of incest and subsequent pregnancies given the chance to take her life in a new direction when she enrolls in an alternative school. Mo’Nique plays Precious’ mother in the movie. Mo’Nique actually won a best actor award at Sundance for her portrayal in this movie.
Mo’Nique is doing big things. She will also debut her BET late night talk show on October 5th.

I heard about this project through a friend. Monique steps her game up in this film from what I hear.
I’ve been seeing ‘trailers’ for this movies since last year! SHOW THE DAMN THING ALREADY & it better be worth the wait~! LOL
I read the book; It was lil hard to stomach but, I’m interested to see how the movie comes out.

I read the book many years ago and it was one of the best books I have ever read. Because you can read how the character’s self-esteem and education has grown over time. Very inspiration and a tear-jerker for sure. Now if we can get a book on “The Bluest Eyes” and “The Coldest Winter Ever” I’ll be pretty content.

Hey NYNY! well girl, if u want to believe what MEDIATAKEOUT aka MEDIAFAKEOUT tells ya, then yes they are engaged….but if u want to get the real deal from MissXpose, hunny chile booo (like Sassybear would say)…it isn’t true at all industry reps for both 50 and Ciara tell us (i dug the dirt for you) …Nevertheless, here’s the story, that I won’t be posting love:
A source has told MediaTakeout.com that 50 Cent has proposed to Ciara, after two years of dating. The site calls the source “A usually reliable insider (this person also happens to be an Atlanta celebrity).”
The insider also says Ciara called her family with the good news, and they were obviously excited. Starpulse recently listed the couple as one of the hottest in hip hop.
The last few weeks have been difficult for 50 Cent – an employee was arrested at a party in his home, and he had to cancel a secret show in New York amid concerns for his safety.

I will be watching this movie!…The trailer left me in tears as well!!!! and Tierra I’m waiting for that COLDEST WINTER EVER to materialize as well…That book was off the chain!!!
Look like everybody doing their thang in this film. I’ll cry like a baby in a funeral if I watch it. I’m too emotional for these type of films. I sobbed through Sybil.
Almost didn’t notice Mariah Carey. Nice to see her looking like a REAL women instead of a barbie doll.
Ive been seeing previews on this movie since last year. Everytime I see them I wanta see the movie more end more. I cant wait till it comes out. I hope its worth the wait!!!
