Teairra Mari decided that she needs a lil more media attention to re-launch her career. During her performance at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in NYC Tuesday evening, the former Roc-A-Fella singer gave a young male fan a serious lap dance. Check out the pics (and video) for yourself.
