Just weeks after announcing dates for “Fame Kills: Featuring Kanye West & Lady Gaga,” tour promoters at Live Nation pulled the plug on the North American tour on Thursday.

“Live Nation announced today that the Kanye West and Lady Gaga ‘Fame Kills’ tour has been canceled,” promoters said in a statement issued this evening.

Refunds are available at the point of purchase, and tickets purchased online and by phone will be refunded automatically.

We hear that ticket sales were extremely low for this tour which comes to a big surprise since Kanye West’s Glow in the Dark tour sold out nationwide. Is this because of Kanye’s recent rant on VMA that has caused his fans to turn against him?
