Knicks Heat Basketball

Not bad for Miami Heat’s Opening Night. The team won, 115-93, against the Knicks yesterday. Dwayne Wade scored a game-high 26 points in 37 minutes. A revived Jermaine O’Neal added 22points, 12 rebounds and overpowered David Lee. Second-year forward Michael Beasley added 21.

Also, Miami Heat opened the season by retiring Tim Hardaway’s jersey.
The Heat retired Hardaway’s No. 10 jersey in a pregame ceremony, making him just the second player to receive that honor from the franchise. Alonzo Mourning’s No. 33 was hoisted last season by Miami, which also has paid tributes to the No. 23 Michael Jordan jersey and the No. 13 worn by Dan Marino. Twitter @MHEAT

MIAMI HEAT SCORES BIG OPENING NIGHT...Was Gabby Union There?

I didn’t see Gabby Union at the game, but I’m sure she was there, probably missed her. The two are still going strong. Check out pics of the two last week enjoying fun times in Miami at BET’s Stephen Hill’s birthday party.
