The tax man is looking to collect more than $2 million from rap star Nas, who is accused of failure to pay up for the years 2006 and 2007.

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) officials have taken their case to court in a bid to recoup the cash. TMZ reports that the IRS claims NAS failed to pay $2,584,206 in taxes owed.

This issue comes duringa judgment from the court requesting Nas to pay $5,000 a month in child support for his son Knight as part of his ongoing divorce battle with estranged wife Kelis.
