An Atlanta stripper claims that she had sex with Fergie’s husband, Josh Duhamel, while he was in the city filming a movie. Nicole Forrester, the stripper, xposes what happened that steamy night at the St. Regis Hotel after he came into the Tattletale club where she works in Atlanta.

Forrester’s lawyer tells “Us Weekly” that Duhamel, husband of “Black Eyed Peas” singer Fergie, invited his client to the luxurious St. Regis hotel, where they watched a porno together and “had lots of sex.” “They fell asleep together, and he kept waking her up to have more sex,” said the lawyer, who also claims that Duhamel didn’t pay for sex, but did give Forrester $100 for cab fare. “After he told me his real name, I asked, ‘Are you Fergie’s husband?’” says the 34-year-old mother of two. “And he was like, ‘You know what you know.’” Duhamel denies all claims that he slept with the stripper and Fergie is sticking by her hubby. “These allegations are nonsense,” the singer, 34, says in a statement to Entertainment Tonight.

Forrester’s attorney, Romin Alavi, says his client isn’t lying and nor is she looking for money to sell her story. He says she passed a lie-detector test and is in the possession of racy texts from the Transformers star, 37, that corroborate the affair. Alavi also tells Us Weekly that Forrester didn’t seek out the the National Enquirer (which offered her $20,000 for the story) in hopes of a payday. “Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie, and someone called the Enquirer with the tip,” Alavi tells Us Weekly. “The Enquirer then came to Nicole.”
