Mariah Carey loves her five inch plus heels, but she almost embarrassed herself on nationally TV wearing em’. The singer barely saved herself from taking a tumble while walking onto the stage during her live appearance on The Jay Leno Show. (see video)

She joked about it and said it was all choreographed just to make Leno nervous. Yea right, LOL!
