I am sooooo pleased to announce that Screen Gems has acquired the rights to Sheneneh and Wanda!!!! As you may recall the parody of the movie trailer “Skank Robbers” (see video below) was shown at the 2008 BET Awards by host Jamie Foxx. It got so much feedback that Martin Lawrence and Jamie Foxx decided to turn the concept into a real movie.

Jamie Foxx will write Sheneneh & Wanda and it will be executive produced by Martin Lawrence. This will be the first time the comedians/actors have worked on a movie together.
