I am shocked this news didn’t get out earlier! TMZ obtained a police dash cam footage of rapper NAS failing a sobriety test back in September. LOL! (see video below). The charges were dismissed, but NAS must’ve lucked out because he sure doesn’t look sober to me! LOL! Authorities decided it wasn’t enough evidence to convict…They must’ve been NAS fans!
When rapper Nas was arrested for DUI this past fall, he was driving under the influence of marijuana. The star, 36 was taken in by Henry County cops near his Georgia home on Sept. 10, and according to a police report, he admitted that he was smoking weed at a friend’s house before the arrest.
The case was dismissed after the artist’s drug test came back negative, even after Nas had admitted to officials and reporters that he had been smoking marijuana before being pulled over.
