ESSENCE.COM: Vanessa and Angela, let us be the first to tell you, the new show is hot! Now, was this always the plan to branch out on your own?

VANESSA SIMMONS: The fact that we get to do it is really a blessing. We definitely thought about it before. It’s just fun being able to film and work with our family, and is what my dad wanted. We moved with our friends to L.A. and show people how we run our business. I got into all of this right after I graduated from college so it really was the best graduation gift ever. (more…)

MTV has revealed that there will be a spinoff reality show to the already successful “Run’s House”. It will be about the life of Vanessa and Angela Simmons entitled “Daddy’s Girls”. The reality show will follow the famous sisters as they adjust to life in Los Angeles and attempt to transform their Pastry shoe and clothing line into a more mature brand. “I appreciate my process because that’s going to make me stronger in the end and the best talent that I can possibly give the world,” says Vanessa Simmons.

So check this out…Vanessa and Angela Simmons spotted their uncle, Russell Simmons’, ex girlfriend, Porshcla Coleman at a red carpet event for Lebron James Foundation and they had a very awkward moment. You see, Coleman is now dating, Dallas Maverick’s Jason Kidd, who she appeared with on the red carpet while running into Russell’s nieces. Page Six reports “They said hello, but once inside, the girls avoided Porschla all night,” a witness said.

Okay! This is just a rumor…but I saw it first hand. I wanted to report about this earlier this week after attending a party at Parkwest in Miami this past Saturday, but I haven’t got my pictures yet, and you know everything on Miss Xpose is almost ALWAYS confirmed gossip! Anyways, Page Six claims that Bow Wow was seen flirting with Vanessa Simmons at her 25th birthday bash at Mansion in Miami this past weekend. Well…don’t you find that wierd! Bow Wow used to date Vanessa’s sister, Angela Simmons, last year. Maybe it was just “friendly” flirting…Who knows, but like I said, I saw Vanessa and Bow Wow at another function together and they look “extra” friendly! What’s even WIERDER (if that’s a word) is that Angela was at both of the events alongside her sister. I’m assuming they are all REALLY CLOSE FRIENDS!

In related news, as you know Angela Simmons WAS dating skaterboarder “Viva La Bam” star, Terry Kennedy, but the two have confirmed that they broke up! I thought they made such a cute couple! The reason they broke up is because Terry was BUSTED cheating on Angie! (more…)

Angela Simmons, Reverend Run’s daughter, is dating Terry Kennedy. Terry aka TK is a pro skateboarder and rapper who was featured on MTV’s Viva La Bam. The couple have been dating for awhile now and are really happy. You can tell Angela is! LOL.
