DMX MAY SERVE UP TO 8 YEARS IN PRISON!

DMX, also known as Earl Simmons, may be charged with felony aggravated assault. He’s serving a 90 day sentence for several charges and was placed in lock down earlier this month. As previously reported, while in lock down, Simmons apparently assaulted a Sheriff’s detention officer. We hear if convicted of the assualt charges, his probation could be revoked and he could be sentenced to 8 years in prison. Damn! This man needs Jesus!

So much for DMX’s aspirations to become a Preacher! The Yonkers Rapper will be on a 23 hour (per day) lockdown for threatening and assaulting officers at a Maricopa County jailhouse where he is serving a 90 day sentence for drug, theft and animal cruelty charges. He will spend the next month in solitary confinement. He just can’t stay out of trouble.

DMX HOUSE FORECLOSED!

I sorta feel bad for DMX. Nothing good is going for him. We just found out that his Arizona home went into foreclosure. After the Police raided the property in May of 2008, thieves targeted the property many times because the house’s doors were left open and the windows were blown away from the raid. The Realtor, Andrew Wheeler, says that since the home was left unprotected, thieves took advantage of that and stole various items including DMX’s quad bikes and valuables. DMX and his wife paid $600,000 for the property back in 2003, but the local bank has put it up for sale for a lower price tag of $429,000.00. WOW! Poor DMX…hope he gets it together this year! (more…)
ANOTHER WARRANT OUT FOR DMX!

DMX is a hot mess…this dude seems to keep himself in trouble. Another bench warrant has been issued for the rapper because he hasn’t showed up to any of his court dates. He failed to show up to a hearing last Friday morning according to AP. DMX’s attorney, Charles Kolzelka, said his client wasn’t present because he is currently at an undisclosed rehab facility. DMX ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL FOR POSSIBLE STROKE?

It has been reported that DMX was rushed to a South Florida Hospital (in Aventura) due to a “stroke” scare. Charles Kozelka, DMX’s lawyer, has confirmed the rumor but would not indicate why exactly the rapper was admitted to the hospital. Official in the local jail where DMX was being held on felony drug possession charges said they became concerned when DMX was showing signs as if he were suffering from a stroke. Hope buddy is alright! SAY NO TO DRUGS! CRACK IS WACK!
DMX FEENIN’ FOR SOME MICKIE D’S IN JAIL!

DMX is trippin’ in jail. As previously reported, DMX is in a Miami jail for violating probation and other charges. Well, buddy is in desperate need for some McDonalds…He literally begged a guard for a BIG MAC last week. X’s wish wasn’t granted, which is probably why he cursed out the Judge at his hearing today…LOL! DMX was denied bond earlier today in a hearing in a Miami courtroom, in addition to that, he must sit his but in jail for another month for using the F-Word all over the place in the Judge’s courtroom. DMX’S NEW REALITY SHOW? NO WAY…

Say it aint so!!! DMX will be coming out with another documentary style reality show about his life…titled DMX: This Life of Mine. The reality show will reflect upon DMX’s struggles to resolve an ongoing string of legal troubles. As you may recall, DMX was arrested six times since May 2008. BUFOONERY! I’m starting to think the arrests was just substance for his new reality show!? What do you think? DMX’s reality show will also reveal X’s attempt to try to rehabilitate himself to avoid being sent to prison for a long time for pending charges from drug paraphernalia to charges of theft and animal cruelty. “In many ways, my life has been an open book,” DMX told AllHipHop.com in a statement. DMX BACK IN JAIL…THIS TIME NO BOND!

A bench warrant was issued against DMX in Arizona for drug charges. The rapper was arrested last week, Thursday, while attempting to exit a WAL-MART in Miami, FL. The arrest was a result of skipping his court date which was set for August 12, 2008. Now DMX is in jail under no bond hold status. Despite Cohen’s attempt to get a fugitive bond in the state of Florida for Simmons to return to Arizona to bond out, Judge Lawrence Schwartz upheld the no bond status issued by the State of Arizona. Therefore, DMX may have to stay in jail in Florida until his hearing on October 2. (more…)
BENCH WARRANT ISSUED FOR DMX!

OMG…It just never ends with this dude. A bench warrant was issued for DMX after he failed to show up for a pre-trial hearing in Arizona. The bond for the rapper has now been raised to $25,000.00 according to press release. The troubled rapper is facing many charges in the state of Arizona where he resides. The charges are from rug possession, animal cruelty, to a wierd case in which the former Ruff Ryder gave a false name to avoid paying a hospital bill. (more…)
