Wade is fighting back. The Heat NBA star is suing his estranged wife and two of her lawyers. The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday over accusations Dwade contracted a sexually trasmitted disease through an extramarital affair. Wade is seeking $50,000 in damages from each defendant reveals The Associated Press. As we reported last month, Siohvaughn Wade said the player infected her with an unspecified disease back in 2007. Weeks later she withdrew her claim from the court hearing the divorce case. However, Dwade felt that the allegations still defamed his character. “It has been difficult to see false allegations, rumors and gossip repeatedly discussed in public about my personal life,” Dwyane Wade said in a statement released to the AP. “I had no other choice but to file this action in order to clear my name.” (more…)

Dwayne Wade can’t seem to avoid the negative press these days. First his estranged wife says he gave her an STD, now his closest business partner is dishing out some dirt on the Miami Heat star. Von Houtman, Wade business partner, says that the basketball star has sex parties! WTF!?

Von Houtman says that, for most of 2007 and into 2008, he rented for $20,000 a $1.7 million, two-story apartment in the Spear Building on Miami Beach’s Allison Island. He turned it over to Wade and his childhood friend Marcus Andrews to use as headquarters for their marketing company, Wade Global Enterprises. Business. But he says that business wasn’t being conducted at the condo…

“It was a four-bedroom place on the first floor of a high-rise,” said Von Houtman, who through 2007 met with Wade and/or Andrews almost daily. “One day, I got a call from my cleaning crew at the apartment. I went down there and what I saw was disgusting. The apartment was trashed, filthy, and it wasn’t the first time.” … “They’d have these parties in there two or three times a week,” Von Houtman said. “There were always dozens of people in there. Rappers, Dwyane and his entourage, women they’d pick up in clubs.” (more…)

Dwayne Wade has some weight taken off his shoulders. His estranged wife, Siohvaughn Wade, decided to drop the charge that the Miami Heat star gave her a sexually transmitted disease. As previously reported, the “STD” charge was included in her divorce filing which requested Dwade to turn in a list of “all of his sexual partners” since they have been together. Siohvaughn and Dwayne met in Richard High School in Oak Lawn. The two seperated after the birth of their second child, who Siohvaughn claims Dwade has failed to spend quality time with.

Dwayne Wade’s attorney James Pritikin told the media that the accusations were “never true” and that his client was extremely happy that it was removed from the divorce proceedings.

Some people are saying they believe that Dwade probably paid her to remove the allegations of infidelity and the STD charge so it wouldn’t mess up his “clean cut” image in the sports industry. What do you think? Leave us your comments!

OUCH! I feel bad for D-Wade…Well, sorta! NBA Star, Dwayne Wade just recently received his divorce papers from his estranged wife Siohvaughn and the accusations listed in the court documents are rather revealing! As previously reported last year, Dwayne and Siouhvaughn seperated last year. According to TMZ and the Miami Herald, Siohvaughn, Wade’s soon-to be-ex wife, has a few minor complaints which include child abandonment, adultery, and the case of an STD infection she allegedly received from him. EWWW!

She also alleges their one-year-old doesn’t even recognize Dwayne Wade because he hasn’t seen his kids for months. Siohvaughn is demanding the names of every one of his alleged sexual partners during their six year marriage! Would that list include his current girlfriend, Gabriel Union? Hmmmm? (more…)

Dwade got xposed this past weekend. Miami Heat had a pre-season exhibition game in France and the HEAT lost terribly. A Fox Sportscaster said on LIVE TV that the reason why Dwayne Wade wasn’t playing well, because he was having a “Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson” moment. The reason being is because Dwayne Wade had Gabrielle Union as a guest at the game which fans say distracted his play similar to Jessica Simpson distracting her boyfriend Tony at a Cowboys game in which they lost. The Miami Herald newspaper confirmed that Gabby was indeed at the game seated behind the Heat bench with Dwayne’s family on Thursday in Paris. (more…)

Early this year we told you that Dwayne Wade and his wife Siovaughn split up. But Dwade never really confirmed it. The media speculated that the couple were going thru some rough times because shortly after Dwade and Siovaughn had their second child, Siovaughn moved back to Chicago (her hometown) and never returned. Well Dwayne Wade opened up a lil’ about his marital situation.

During an interview with the Associated Press, Dwade askd that the public respect his privacy regarding his divorce:

“I keep my personal life my personal life,” Wade said. “You try to keep it as private as you can. When things leak out, it’s not always the truth. Some is. All you can do is continue being who you are. A lot of things have come out about me, and people are going to think what they want to think. But at the end of the day, no one knows what’s happened in my life to get to the point where me and my wife, our family, not being together.” (more…)

The Majestic Group out did themselves as the event planners for Dwayne Wade’s Olympic Celebration this past Saturday at Nikki Marina in Hallandale Beach, FL. And Yes, Miss Xpose was the Publicist for the event! Yessir!

The grand event was a complete success. Dwayne Wade came in via a luxury yacht and walked on the “red carpet” escorted by two beautiful females dressed in traditional Greek attire. Fellow teammates also attended the party, specifically Udonis Haslem, Michael Beasley, and Dorell Wright. The night was also accompanied by Circ Performers included a hoola ring performer, stilt performers, and a contortionist. DJ Grio and DJ Top Feelin was on the one’s and two’s and the crowd danced the night away. Lorenzo Ice T was the MC of the night. Media outlets from Channel 7 Deco Drive to ESPN were there to cover this grand event. It was awesome! Check it out for yourself!

It is reported that NBA star Dwayne Wase is facing a lawsuit for breach of contract from former Partners Mark Rodberg and Richard Von Houtman. The two partners assisted Wade in opening his two restaurants, one being in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, however both D. Wade’s Sports Grills shut down in the last couple months.The Plaintiff’s (Rodberg and Von Houtman) said the reason why the restaurants closed is because Wade didn’t fulfill his end of the deal by making the required marketing and promotional appearances on behalf the restaurants.
