Eddie Murphy got news from a judge that he was been ordered to pay $51,700.00 per month to his baby momma, Melanie Brown (”Mel B”) for their 22 month-old daughter, Angel Iris Murphy Brown, whom Eddie hasn’t even seen yet. Thats a BIG A$$ child support payment! WOW!

Eddie Murphy has also agreed to see his daughter after a DNA test proved he was the father! Mel B spent the past 15 months in L.A. courts fighting for child support payments. We hear that both parties have signed “non-disclosure” contracts which prevents them from discussing the settlements in public.

Oh lawd! Eddie Murphy was spotted with his new girlfriend at Bank Nightclub in Las Vegas where he threw his new blonde bombshell (NOT!) a birthday party! The funny thing is look who is lurking in the background…his best and favorite companion, Johnny Gill! Classic! We hear that Eddie has been dating this young lady for quite some time now.

It’s being reported that funnyman Eddie Murphy will play The Riddler in the next Batman movie. The 47 year-old actor has been signed up to play the role played by Jim Carrey in 1995’s Batman Forever. The surprise move follows speculation linking Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp to the part. The film, set for a 2010 release, is being developed under the name “Gotham”. Go Eddie!

Forbes came out with Hollywood’s top earners….Will Smith came out on top earning more money than any other film star in Hollywood. The “Hancock” actor raked in $80 million in 2007, beating No. 2-ranked Johnny Depp and his $72 million. Eddie Murphy  was tied with Mike Myers each earning $55 million last year.  

Cameron Diaz is the highest ranking female film star, with $50 million banked in her account last year.  “Atonement” leading lady Keira Knightly earned $32 million, and Jennifer Aniston pulled in $27 million to rank No. 2 and 3 respectively. As far as media personalities, Oprah Winfrey’s $275 million haul in 2007 beats everyone! DAMN!

Tracey Edmonds is upset about Johnny Gill’s recent interview wherein he “xposed” her business. She called radio personality Doug Banks Monday morning to address his recent telephone interview with Johnny Gill regarding her wedding disaster with former fiancé Eddie Murphy.

As reported yesterday, Gill commented on reports that Murphy’s mother Lillian got into an argument with Edmonds’ mom during the now separated couple’s “spiritual ceremony” in Bora Bora. Remember, Gill told the radio personality,  “One of Tracey’s guests said some things that were inappropriate that triggered everything with the mom, and that’s how it all started.”

Well, Doug Banks told his listeners that Tracey had called in, but was unable to talk on the radio due to a gag order and confidentiality agreement she signed with her ex, Eddie Murphy. However her Publicist released an official statement:  

“I was very shocked and disappointed to hear of Johnny Gill’s false spin on the chain of events surrounding our wedding. His outrageous lies were clearly a very desperate and pathetic attempt to clean up his reputation at my expense. I would appreciate it if Mr. Gill would refrain from continuing to spread false gossip and lies to the public, and allow everyone involved to move on with their lives. We all know the real truth.”

Xposed! Gill also tried to explain what Murphy was thinking when he famously picked up a transvestite prostitute in West Hollywood. He said: “Somebody walks up that you assume is a fine girl that spots you and approaches you, you’re thinkin’ ‘Hey shoot, it’s my lucky night.’ He had no other choice but to bite the bullet and say ‘Hey, I was just helping her out and giving her a ride.’” LOL!

LA Times reports that Eddie Murphy and ex-wife Nicole sold their vacation home in Granite Bay, Calif. for $6.1 million. The house near Folsom Lake includes an 11,000-square-foot main house, a nearby guest house, 10 bedrooms, a video-game arcade, an infinity pool and a tennis court. Nicole Murphy who is reportedly dating Michael Strahan of the NY Giants is rumored to have placed another home they owned on sale. The second home is located in Calabasas, Calif., and is on sale for nearly $10 million.   

Fellow Gossip writer Janet Charlton quoted a person who volunteered some juicy information relative to Eddie Murphy and Ex, Melanie Brown’s relationship. The source tells all about why Eddie questioned the paternity of his baby, Angel Iris.

Charlton writes:       

        According to the source, Eddie and Melanie never lived together and in fact, only slept together three times. She assured Eddie that she had a coil implanted for contraception. That’s why, when Mel told Eddie she was pregnant, he couldn’t believe he was the father.        

        Eddie had already decided that Melanie wasn’t up to his standards quality-wise. On one of their first dates she hinted that she’d like to have a three-way. And she was a bit loud and flashy at times.        

        Supposedly, their relationship was already over when Melanie told Eddie she was pregnant. When he reacted badly she offered him a deal: she’d leave him alone if he’d give her nine million dollars, a Malibu house, and living expenses for 18 years.        

        Eddie feels like he was conned and never wants to lay eyes on her again so he won’t be visiting their daughter Angel. Eddie figures that when Angel gets older she might try to contact HIM.

It all began right after the wedding. The honeymoon got off to a rocky start. “Eddie started yelling at Tracey in front of people,” says one of Edmonds’s wedding guests. “He did it on a few occasions and it was very embarrassing.”  Since the wedding took place in a foreign country, the marriage was not legalized. The couple planned on having a legal ceremony in the U.S. soon, but its off now. Murphy and Edmonds started dating in the fall of 2006 and got engaged last July.

Tracey Edmonds may be in for a big surprise…Gossip reporter Janet Charlton wrote on her blog about Eddie Murphy’s strict rules in his home. The rules were enforced in his marriage with Nicole Murphy, and they haven’t changed for Tracey Edmonds.

       Charlton wrote on her blog:  “Eddie has strict rules. He expected his beautiful wife Nicole to appear at the breakfast table every day with her makeup and hair DONE, and looking very together. But she was for his eyes only. He instructed every guy who worked at the house – gardeners, repairmen, pool men etc, NOT to look directly at her! Anyone caught staring at Nicole was instantly fired. We’re guessing he’ll have to lighten up on the rules with Tracey. But how does he explain Johnny Gill living in a wing of the house”?

Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds married on New Year’s Day on a private island off Bora Bora in French Polynesia reports People magazine. They married in front of 25 guests which consisted of close friends and family. We hear that Tracey walked down to Gladys Knight’s “Making of You” barefoot on the beach during their sunset ceremony on Tuesday. The bride wore a custom-designed form-fitting dress by stylist and designer Sugia Nazel and Jill Baracci, designer and owner of Baracci boutique. Murphy wore a cream suit and vest with an off-white handkerchief. There guest included best man Johnny Gill, maid of honor Nicole Avant, matron of honor Julie Lev, as well as Edmonds’s parents Jacqueline and George McQuarn, her brother Michael, Murphy’s mother Lillian Lynch and his brother Vernon. Tracey Edmonds, who is 40, surprised her bridesmaids with gold and diamond earrings from XIV Karats in Beverly Hills, and Murphy, 46, gave his groomsmen D.Atlantis watches. The wedding was absolutely gorgeous witnesses say…Congrats! 

Tracey Edmonds and Eddie Murphy are set to get married in Tahiti this weekend. E! reports guest and members of the wedding party are expected to arrive in Tahiti sometime today. “It’s a small, private affair,” the source says. “The bridesmaid dresses are all custom from somewhere in Beverly Hills. They just had their final fittings.” If this is true, congrats!

Say it aint so!? Eddie Murphy has launched a new record label named “Murphy Entertainment” and guess who is the first artist to sign to his label…KARRINE “Superhead” STEFFANS! According to her lawyer, Gloria Allred, Melanie Brown is depressed over Eddie Murphy’s failure to visit their daughter, Angel. Allred says that Brown desperately wants her six-month old daughter to have a father-figure in her life, but that Murphy refuses to play that role. “Mel’s hurting at the moment. Even though she’s invited Eddie to visit Angel, he’s refused. She’s tried every way she can think of to get him to visit his gorgeous baby. It’s just hurtful.” I wonder why he doesn’t want to be a part of his baby’s life?

In the October issue of Sister 2 Sister magazine, Tracey Edmonds gets candid about the day she became engaged to Eddie Murphy. She says the actor popped the question in July while they were watching TV. He walked over to her casually, and then surprised her by getting down on bended knee, she recalled.

When she asked him what he was doing, he replied, “I’m about to ask you to marry me,” before he presented her with a canary yellow square diamond, surrounded by two white diamonds in a platinum setting. She says: “I was speechless for a moment when I first saw it.” Wedding plans are currently underway, she adds, but the nuptials will not be on the grand scale of her lavish ceremony with singer/songwriter Kenneth ” Babyface” Edmonds. She tells the magazine she envisions “a very intimate ceremony,” stating, “My bridal party would be much smaller than my first wedding.” However, the small affair will still cost a pretty penny if she gets her way – because she’s hoping to take the plunge in “a romantic, secluded spot outside the United States.”
