Check this cool scoop out. Victoria Secret Pink introduced their nationwide collegiate collection in June which featured the name and logo of 33 universities on sweats, hoodies, football teas, etc. But they did not include any black historical colleges. This fall Victoria Secret will include five HBCU’s in the second phase of its collegiate collection. They are working on agreements with with the licensees representing Howard, Hampton, North Carolina A&T, Southern University and Florida A&M University.  (more…)

Alicia Keys appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman in New York earlier this week to promote her album “As I Am”. Her gunmetal grey lycra number which clinged to her curvy figure is one of this season’s big trends. She look wonderful! And her shoes are to DIE FOR! FABULOUS! Keys has always been a vocal critic to the “size zero” trend. In a recent interview Alicia said “I think that a woman is so much her curves and her many styles. “We come in all packages. We are who we are and I definitely don’t like it when young girls feel like they have to totally starve themselves. I think it’s not attractive either, actually. Definitely not healthy.” (more…)
