Flavor Flav turned 50 in grand fashion Sunday night with a star-studded celebration at BB King’s nightclub in New York City. Guests included Ice-T and Coco, boxing trainer/commentator Emmanuelle Stewart, Grand Master Melle Mel and his Public Enemy front man Chuck D. P.E. also performed as a tribute to Flav.

Tiffany Pollard aka “New York” just landed a role in the all-black Atlanta production of The Vagina Monologues. “I’m very excited. It’s a great piece and a great thing to be a part of,” New York told EUR’s Lee Bailey in an interview on Tuesday. “Just to be able to take part in this is a really big deal to me.”

The production was written to raise awareness on the impact of violence and abuse towards women. “It’s more of a personal stake in this,” she said. “I’m a woman and I come from a family with a large number of women in it and I heard all the stories of boyfriends cheating, of guys being verbally abusive and I myself, unfortunately, had a few guys verbally abuse me. I just want to be there and lend my voice and take part in this. It’s a celebration for women and we need to be liberated every day. So I’m definitely excited to be a part of the ‘Vagina Monologues’. It’s an important thing for me to do”, New York revealed.

The tour also features Ella Joyce (“Roc,” “Set It Off”), SWV’s Taj Johnson George, Yvette Wilson (“Moesha,” “The Parkers”), and Wendy Raquel Robinson (“The Game,” “Steve Harvey Show,”), and former“Flavor of Love” star London “Deelishis” Charles. Oh goodness! (more…)

Flavor Flav can’t get enough of the small screen. His Flavor of Love days are over, and now we hear that he will be starring in a new horror-inspired series called “Nite Tales”…I know some of you are laughing, because buddy sure is scary lookin! The series is described as a mix between “Tales from the Crypt” and “The Twilight Zone”. Flav will be playing the role of a Cryptkeeper. The show is said to premiere sometime this year, but we are unsure of the cable network. (more…)

So guess who got married…Flavor of Love 2 winner, Deelishis (aka London Charles) got married to her boyfriend Orlando Gordon in July according to her interview with Sister 2 Sister Magazine.

“He and I were sitting around the house watching movies. Around 5, I went into the kitchen to grab something to eat and I came back in the bedroom and he was sitting there with this little box and he said, ‘What are you doing for the rest of your life?’ I was very shocked and surprised”, Deelishis explained about her proposal.

Her engagement party was held at Orlando’s nightclub (which he owns). Deelishis revealed that he handled everything from the food to the decorations.

“He had these flowers that were everywhere, and these vases had these orchids and roses and lilies. It was beautiful. For most of the party I was in tears. I just cried because I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. Then I just kept staring at this man, who, I knew we would have a long-lasting relationship but I never thought he would fall into suit of feeling as though he needed to make me his bride.” (more…)

I don’t know how true this is, but reliable sources say its very true…It has been reported that Maureen McPhilmy, the wife of Fox News host Bill O’Reilly dated Flavor Flav before their marriage. McPhilmy and O’Reilly were married in 1995. The two have a daughter and son together. (more…)

Buckeey, who you may know as the former Flavor of Love Season 2 and Charm School contestant, has come clean about her leaked sex tape which was distributed on the internet last month. If you missed it, check it out  here . 

Buckeey who’s real name is Shay Johnson revealed that the distribution of the sex tape was done without her permission, and she had no intention of using it for publicity as most critics may claim. “It troubled me to find out my intimate act of love was classified as a sex tape. I didn’t speak on it because I knew how tender the situation was between me and my partner,” Buckeey xposed. (more…)

A sex tape, supposedly featuring Shay “Buckeey” Johnson surfaced on the internet in late May, 2008. Johnson is best known as a contestant on the second season of Flavor of Love. The video, running 1:39 minutes, shows a woman who looks very much like Johnson, but it has not been confirmed that the tape is authentic. Rumors of a “Buckeey sex tape” began circulating in 2007, but this is the first possible video that has emerged.  I repeat, it is not confirmed that this is definitely “Buckeey”, but you can be the judge: (more…)

Who watched the Flavor of Love Season 3 Reunion???…Well, although Flav said this season’s ladies were the nicest yet, he dissed the girl he chose for another woman! He reveals to Thing 2 (they girl he chose) that when he started the first season, he was expecting another child, and he says he should be devoted to giving his child, Karma, a dad. Then he brings out his son Karma and his baby mama Liz. Flav does the unthinkable and proposes to Liz. Liz had no connection to the show or any previous season of Flavor of Love.

He tries to explain that he truly was looking for love on the show, but it happens that he had it all along. So I guess he made his money on VH1 and kept it moving with his baby’s mother. LOL!

Latresha “Thing 2″ won the heart of Flavor Flava on Monday night’s finale of Flavor of Love 3. Latresha, a twenty-six year old healthcare worker from Artesia, California is the identical twin of ousted FOL 3 contestant Latrisha (Thing 1). Bufoonery!
