The Game, who is a long time rival of 50 Cent, weighed in on the battle between 50 and Rick Ross. It’s shocking to say that the Game is siding with 50 Cent this time! In a radio interview with Eddie Francis of Seattle’s Kube 93, Game says “For the first time in four years I’m kind of like low key riding with 50 on this one,” he admitted. “For this first time in four years homey I’m siding with this dude.”

“It’s just ridiculous,” he said of the heated war between the two MCs. “He’s taking your baby mama shopping. She’s trying on Fur Coats with the Stevie Wonder jam…50 eating you boy.”

The Game even offered Rick Ross a helping hand. “Hey yo Ross, homey call me on my phone man,” he pleaded. “This is the first time I talked about this, but yo Rick Ross reach out to my folks and then have him call me on three way so I can get you out of this mess man.”

The Game is on a national tour which kicks on February 18 in Anaheim, CA. He will be making 27 stops throughout the country before closing in New York City on March 21.

The Game, who is a good friend of Travis Barker and DJ AM, expressed how hurt he was about the news of the plane crash that both Barker and DJ AM were involved in ( previously posted this weekend). Game said:

“I am deeply hurt by this tragedy. Travis Barker has always been there for me when I needed him creatively. We’ve done many songs together,” The Game told AllHipHop.com. “Just recently he appeared in my video, “Dope Boyz,” that he featured on. I respect and love him, my prayers are with him and his family in this difficult time for his speedy & complete recovery.”

Producer Jermaine Dupri visited Barker in the hospital on Sunday, according to UsMagazine.com, and said that though the situation was very serious, the former Blink-182 drummer was doing well. “It’s a seriously sad situation,” Dupri said. “He’s doing good … but I really hate to see my friends go through this.”

Barker’s ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, flew in on Saturday, and AM’s former girlfriend Mandy Moore was also spotted at the burn center on Sunday. An unnamed source told TMZ.com early Monday that AM is “ambulatory and in good spirits.”

The battle begins tonight between The Game and Bow Wow who will go head to head in a game of Madden NFL 09. The meeting place is secret, but the event will take place to night from 6 pm. to 8 pm. The bet is $100,000.00 that will go towards the respective rapper’s charity.

“I can’t wait to play! I’ve been waiting, Game’s been waiting, the video game world’s been waiting,” Bow Wow told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “The only bad thing is Game’s fans are gonna have to see him lose!“ Despite Bow Wow’s boasts, the Game is confident he will come out on top. “Bow Wow has no idea what he’s started,” The Game retorted. “He’s in way over his head….I will remain the undisputed Madden king.”

Lil Wayne stays put at No.5. Tha Carter III reeled in 54,000 units this week. After 13 weeks on the chart, the album has sold 2,816,000 copies.

Ice Cube slips two spots to No. 13. Raw Footage sold 30,300 discs in its second go-around. So far, the album has sold a total of 100,090 copies.

Even though Game’s album L.A.X. is doing well since it dropped on Tuesday, Game won’t be celebrating as of yet. The rapper just got charged with criminal battery for attacking his cousin at a funeral earlier this year. As previously reported, Game’s cousin (Robert “Kirky” Kirkwood) filed a police report in July claiming that the Compton rapper punched him at his sister’s funeral.

The altercation pursued all because Kirkwood claimed that Game had agreed to pay half of the bill for his sister’s funeral but stiffed him when it was time to pay up. When he approached Game at the funeral regarding paying up, the rapper punched him the face.

Reports have revealed that Game could be tossed back in jail if he is convicted of the battery charge because he is currently on probation for a firearms offense. DAMN!

Bow Wow and the Game have recently entered into a video game war. Earlier in the week, Bow Wow challenged The Game to a ‘Madden NFL 09′ showdown worth $100,000, which Game quickly accepted. Game just confirmed it on 106 & Park that the challenge is on. All proceeds will go to charity. The battle is said to be televised. Love it! LOL

The Game has ended his long-running feud with former mentor 50 Cent, insisting the “beef” between the two rap rivals is over. The Game insists the feud was never anything that was going to escalate to a level of the East Coast-West Coast battle that ended with Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G. six feet under.

The Game wants to put an end to the ongoing fued between 50 Cent and himself. Game said the “beef” was never anything that was going to escalate to a level of East Coast vs. West Coast which ultimately killed Tupac and Biggie, but he wants to end it now that he is retiring from Hip Hop.

Game tells the Los Angeles Times newspaper, “I ain’t got no beef with 50. All that… was on wax. I never shot at him, he never shot at me. Both of us done said a lot. But we’re not Biggie and Pac. I appreciate homey for helping me on my way up.”

So 50 Cent wanted to come clean on why he “xposed” the recorded phone conversation with former G-Unit rapper Young Buck on his website. As previously posted, Young Buck was recorded having a phone conversation with 50 Cent and cried about his financial woes and dismissal from G-Unit. Well, 50 Cent hit up Hot 97 radio station and had this to say about the incident…

“A lot of times people don’t see what the other person is doing,” 50 said, explaining to Hot 97’s Angie Martinez why he recorded the conversation in the first place. “They don’t understand the cause and effect. They don’t see the other person; they just pay attention to me.”       

According to MTV.com, 50 said the phone call took place in March, at a time when he “was trying to be as helpful as possible” to Buck. 50 also said that he would not record any future tracks dissing Buck, but did imply that their friendship is beyond repair.       

It’s crazy. When I see people showing me so many different things within their character, I don’t value them anymore,” said 50.       

50 said that Buck has a problem with spending money and drug use.  “He needs to go to a program and get some real help,” 50 said. “Then maybe we can talk to each other.”       

When asked if he taped all his phone conversations, 50 said, “With idiots, yeah! So if they saying something crazy, it’s right there.”       

According to Billboard.com, Buck will link up with ex- G-Unit member to create a duet mixtape hosted by DJ’s Skee, Nu Jerzey Devil and Haze. The album is set to hit the market in July.

 In related news, a Long Island judge has ordered 50 to surrender any guns he may own as part of a newly-granted restraining order which prevents him from coming near his baby mama, Shaniqua Tompkins.

“To my knowledge, he has no guns,” said 50’s lawyer Brett Kimmel, who plans to contest the order, calling it “a retaliatory and vindictive move.”

The upcoming albums of both G-Unit and The Game are suppose to drop on the same date. However, 50 Cent tells MTV that he plans on pushing The Game’s third solo album back. The Game’s third album entitled L.A.X. and G-Unit’s sophmore LP titled “Terminate On Sight” are scheduled to drop on June 24th. But 50 Cent has a plan up his sleeve, “I’mma wait a little, then I’m just gonna push his album back,” 50 Cent divulged to MTV News.  “I don’t think there’s anyone that would legitimately look at him like it’s a competition, him versus G-Unit.  It just doesn’t make sense.  I make money every time he releases an album.  He signed a five-album deal.  He’s only on album three.” His explanation, 50 says he is concerned that people may turn the Game vs. G-Unit battle into a West Coast/East Coast beef if they drop on the same date.

When asked about what other artist he will have featured on the G-Unit album…“I don’t have the time or energy to get artists [from the] outside to feature on freestyles,” 50 explained.  “You get to that point.  Remember, I said to you everybody appears cool.  They’re in competition.”

I’m confused, and I bet you will be too. Although we previously reported that the information leaked that The Game was released from prison on March 10th were false, Game confirms that it is indeed true. The Hip-Hop Compton star has confirmed that he was released from prison on March 10, just eight days after checking into the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles. Game issued an offiicial statement apologizing to all his fans for the conflicting information about his release:

“I apologize….but due to the sensitive negotiations on this matter I felt it appropriate not to give an exact date on my release,” The Game said in a statement. “I am truly grateful to my attorney, family and management for doing a great job in this respect.”    

The rapper stated that upon his release, he went directly to the recording studio to work on a street album that will drop before his highly anticipated release L.A.X. (Los Angeles Times).

Published reports yesterday that Game was released from jail were FALSE. The Game is still locked up in a Los Angeles area prison. The Game’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley allegedly stated that the rapper was released from the Twin Towers Correctional Facility yesterday, after serving eight days of a 60 days jail sentence. The information was inaccurate as the Rapper was simply transferred from The Twin Towers facility, to another jail. “He was transferred to an unnamed prison, due to his gang related background,” a source revealed.
