The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia will decide whether it was fair for the FCC to fine CBS for broadcasting Janet Jacksons partially exposed breast when it was an accident that couldnt have been forseen. After the, incident, the FCC slapped CBS Corp. with a $550,000 fine for violating the country’s anti-indecency laws. CBS appealed, calling the agency’s $27,500 fine for each of the network’s owned-and-operated stations “illogical.”

Salt-N-Peppa have come together and are filming a new reality show. We got the X-Clusive preview of the shot right here! There is obviously some tension between the two.  Not two minutes into it and they start shouting and screaming at each other (It’s funny!). The show is supposed to debut sometime this FALL.
