Houston rapper Scarface announced that he was giving up the rap game after his next album Emeritus…But he said he would put out one more album only if he could put together a dream supergroup project between himself, Nas, and Ice Cube. Cube heard about the news and expressed his excitement about the possible project.

“Of course, I wouldn’t even think twice about doing that…hell yeah!” Ice Cube told AllHipHop.com. “I think the album would be crazy, lyrics would be sick, and Hip-Hop would love it. It’s just making that business happen, that’s the part that gets funky. I ain’t never turned down these kind of projects, they just don’t happen for whatever reasons.” (more…)

Young Jeezy expands his talent from rapper to actor and will be starring in a major motion picture produced by Ice Cube called “Jank Promoters”. The comedy, which is Cube’s first screenplay since 2002’s Friday After Next, will feature Cube along with Jeezy, comedian Mike Epps and actor Terry Crews. That should be funny!

In related news…Young Jeezy who expressed his support for Barack Obama recently said in a Vibe Magazine interview that he is cool with John McCain. The two met during an appearance on Saturday Night Live last month.

“No disrespect to my man Barack, but I f*ck with John McCain. He greeted me like a god,” he said. “The fact that he acknowledged me was crazy. I said, ‘I’m Young Jeezy, and it’s rough out here.’ He blew me off at first. I was like, ‘Nah, for real. It’s rough out here, so what you gonna do to change it?’ . . . Mississippi rapper David Banner has been added to the cast of the upcoming movie The Comeback, which also stars veteran rapper/actor Ice Cube. Ice Cube’s  Cubevison Productions is producing The Comeback, which will be directed by former Limp Bizkit lead singer, Fred Durst. The Comeback is based on the true story of a former high school football star (played by Ice Cube) who takes his niece under his wing, as she becomes the first female quarterback in Pop Warner football history.

Just when I thought I was so over the sex tapes in Hollywood…this surfaces! There is a XXX sex tape that leaked on the web (and we got it) of New York and a man engaging in some naughty behavior. Not sure if this was prior to her engagement with Tailor Made….Although the tape is fuzzy, the girl does resemble New York, but would she really do something like this?
