When Beyonce was asked if she ever suffered a broken heart in a recent interview, the superstar said NO! because her only relationship has been wit her hubby, Jay-Z. The 27-year-old tells L.A. Confidential Magazine, “Fortunately I haven’t had any breakups. This is my first relationship. We were together for a really long time before we got married; we were in no rush.” The singer claims their marriage is strong, adding, “I’m very, very happy, that’s all I’ll say. It’s just natural for people to start rumors and try to break things up.”

Jay-Z has a warning out for Chris Breezy. Hova, who discovered and mentored Rihanna, was reportedly furious when he heard about the allegations stemming from the incident between Chris Brown and Rihanna. The New York Times is reporting that the development of a hotel backed by rap mogul Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter has been put on hold due to the ailing economy. One of Jay-Z’s business partners told the paper they have been seeking up to $370 million from various banks to begin construction but have not been successful. I’m sure things will settle come the New Year with our New President. Hang in there Jay!

If you like than you shoulda put a fake ring on it? Hmmmm…As you know Jay-Z proposed to Beyonce with an 18-carat flawless diamond rock which is worth an estimated $5 Million! Because the ring is worth so much, he also gave her an imitation version of that ring which is worth only $5,000 so she can wear in the public eye and during on stage performances. A source tells the media that “Even though Beyonce’s real engagement ring is insured, she doesn’t always feel comfortable wearing such a valuable stone.”

In the new issue of Giant magazine, Beyonce says she prepared for the potential challenges of marriage by watching her mother and father struggle and overcome their differences as husband and wife. Beyonce reveals: “My parents are tighter now than ever, but they’ve been through it all. There were times when they were together, times when they were apart. I learned that it’s a lot of hard work, that it’s more than a dress.” Beyonce and Jay-Z married in a private ceremony earlier this year.

Jay-Z and Beyonce’s future children will forever be wealthy because their parents top the list of the RICHEST COUPLE in the business. According to Forbes, the hip-hop king and R&B queen collectively made $162 million in the past year, topping all the other celeb couples who also make big bucks. Will and Jada Pinkett Smith took the No. 2 slot, with $85 million earned together, while David and Victoria Beckham rounded out the top three with annual earnings of $58 million. “Naturally, powerful people tend to gravitate toward other powerful people,” clinical psychologist and celebrity researcher Jim Houran tells the magazine.

Damon Dash must really have nothing better to do since he is broke and pratically unemployed. Jay-Z’s former business partner, Damon Dash, is speaking out in the December issue of Complex Magazine saying that Kanye West “hated Jay-Z.”
