MTV reported that Lil Wayne will be headlining an eight-week nationwide tour featuring T-Pain, Keyshia Cole and Gym Class Heroes beginning December 18th. Lil Wayne loves to share his personal business with his fans I see. During the Power 105.1 Powerhouse concert in New Jersey on Tuesday, Wayne told his fans about his recent experience delivering his second child, his first baby boy. “I delivered him. I held the left leg the whole time,” Wayne said of Dwayne Michael Carter III, born at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. “It was nasty, very nasty, but it was wonderful. Oct. 22, 9:25 a.m., 7 lbs., 12 oz. He’s the best thing to ever happen to me, next to my daughter.” (more…)

Birdman and Lil Wayne announced that they plan on releasing a film starring THEMSELVES called “Like Father, Like Son” set to be released next summer. The two revealed their plans with New York’s Power 105.1 FM radio personalities Ed Lover and Free backstage at the station’s mega Powerhouse concert last night, Birdman revealed a forthcoming film set to star the two rappers.

“Me and Wayne just finished this movie, Like Father, Like Son, that’s coming out in June and the album coming out at the same time,” Birdman said. “That’s what we do. Just me being myself. I just wanted to, it’s something we wanted to fund. It’s ours.” They didn’t want to spill the beans, but said the movie’s plot will be based out of their hometown. “So, it’s really what it is, like father, like son,” Birdman added. “Normal day growing up in New Orleans, you know. Hood rich.”

Yesterday, we reported that we heard a rumor that Jay-Z was in negotiations to sign Lil Wayne to his label Roc Nation. However, Lil Wayne’s reps have denied the rumor. They officially rebutted reports that he has signed with Jay-Z’s newly launched Roc Nation label and that Jay-Z bought out his contract for $5 Milli.

In related news, Wayne and Hova were set to co-headline JAMN’s 94.5 Monster Jam on Monday in Boston (October 27) but Weezy failed to show, after being told that his camp would have to go through strict security checks. Reports claim that the metal detector went off several times as members of Weezy’s entourage passed through security, Wayne got frustrated with the stringent security measures and decided to leave. Rumor has it that Jay-Z is the process of signing Lil Wayne to his Roc Nation label. We hear that Hova is willing to buy out Wayne’s contract with Cash Money for $5 Million to secure the deal. This deal will unite two of the hip hop industry’s biggest artist. “The deal was in the works for a while; they just needed to get on the same page as to price. And [everyone’s] there now,” an unnamed source told the online publication.

As previously reported, Roc Nation was formed between Jay-Z and concert promoter Live Nation. The company controls the rapper’s business and recording assets as part of the agreement.

Even though I really don’t care to know, some of you have been asking me if I knew who Lil Wayne’s baby momma was. As you may recall, last week Lil Wayne announced that he gave birth to a his first baby boy in Cincinnati. Some of you heard that his baby momma was this Asian stripper, but that was not true. My girl, Miss Info from New York found out the scoop on the identity of Lil Wayne’s baby momma. Her name is Sarah (see pic above) and she is from Ohio. I hear the two are not dating but plan to raise the baby together.

Lil Wayne is a new daddy. The superstar had his first born son, Dwayne Carter III, yesterday afternoon at Chris Hospital in Cincinnati. Wayne refuses to spill the beans on the identity of his child’s mother, but rumor has it that its just a “jumpoff”. We have ruled out his first baby momma, Toya, and his former flame, Nivea, as his son’s mother…soooo…who knows who it is! LOL! Wayne revealed during the BET Awards he was expecting his second child. After accepting his award for “Lyricist of the Year,” Wayne requested during his acceptance speech that everyone pray for a safe delivery. “I got a son about to be born any day now, so shout-out to him,” he revealed. “Pray for me.” Congrats Wayne! Lil Wayne’s assistant testified recently relative to the rappers pending case. Terry Bourgeois, testified in a New York court yesterday that he occasionally saw a handgun and people smoking marijuana in the Weezy’s tour bus.

As previously reported, Lil Wayne was arrested on a weapons possession charge last July after a 9mm was found in his tour bus following a performance with Ja Rule at Manhattan’s Beacon Theatre. (more…)
