Lil Wayne will join CNN to bring in the New Year! I kid you not! CNN booked Lil Wayne for CNN’s holiday extravaganza. Hosted by anchor Anderson Cooper and comedian Kathy Griffin, the live event will air on the news network at 11 p.m. EST on December 31st. Go Ahead Weezy!

Check out Luda’s new video feat. T-Pain! “One More Drink” is the fourth single off Ludacris’ featuring T-Pain from Ludacris’s upcoming album,” Theater of the Mind” which is scheduled to hit store November 12th.

Ludacris’ home broke out in fire in South Atlanta. Authorities said that a “signficant fire” destroyed the pool house of the residence, but did not really affect the main structure of the property. There were no injuries. A neighbor reported the fire to Fulton County Fire Department around 11:30p.m. before the alarm system at the house was triggered. WTF? LOL. The fire fighters were able to put out the fire in thirty minutes the report indicates. Luda was in New York during the time of the fire because he was promoting his forthcoming album Theater of the Mind which is set to be released on November 11th.

Some of you may have catched Ludacris’ new video on BET’s Access Granted last night. Ludacris’ new hit single “What Them Girls Like” featuring Chris Brown and Sean Garrett is making its way to the top of the Billboard charts. This is the first single off his upcoming album “Theater of the Mind” which will be released in November of this year. Check out the video directed by Chris Robinson.

WomenCount, a women’s advocacy group, has asked the Democratic Party to give Ludacris a “blanket condemnation” for calling Sen. Hillary Clinton a “b*tch” in his song entitled “Politics:Obama is here” which also disses Sen. McCain (who cares), President Bush (double who cares), and Rev. Jesse Jackson.

In an e-mail Wednesday afternoon to its membership, WomenCount stated: “It is another example of hateful, sexist language being used on the campaign trail, and now is our moment to make it clear: not on our watch! The leadership of both parties must step up to condemn such hateful speech and demand apologies. The Obama campaign has criticized the lyrics, but we call on the presumptive party nominee, who is the celebrated subject of the new song, to go even further: Publicly condemn the song. Demand an apology on behalf of the targets. Now.” (more…)

Ludacris recently released a song called “Politics: Obama is Here”. The lyrics are a bit racy as he called Obama’s former Democratic rival Hillary Clinton a “B*tch”! Ludacris also disparages John McCain, President Bush and the Rev. Jesse Jackson.
