Fifteen of the hottest female vocalists in the game will be joining voices in a charity tune called “Just Stand Up”. The song features Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Rihanna, Fergie, Sheryl Crow, Miley Cyrus, Melissa Etheridge, Ashanti, Natasha Bedingfield, Keyshia Cole, Ciara, Leona Lewis, LeAnn Rimes and Carrie Underwood. WOW!
The song will be revealed on September 2 on iTunes. All proceeds will benefit cancer research. The idea of the song was created by Antonio “L.A.” Reid, who produced it with longtime creative colleague Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds. (more…)
Mary J. Blige and the producer of the track “Work That”, Theron “Neef-U” Feemster, are being sued Dream Family Entertainment. Dream Family Ent., who filed the $2 million dollar lawsuit, claims that Feemster created the song while still signed to their company. Dream Family says they never gave Feemster or Blige’s label, Geffen, the permission to release the song which is also featured in an Applie Ipod commercial and the iTunes store. (more…)
This is definitely a case of someone being at the right place at the RIGHT time. R&B Queen, Mary J. Blige was shopping at the Diane Von Furstenberg store in NY Meatpacking District, where she witnessed a woman who seemed very upset that she could not afford a dress that she had on layaway for awhile. “The girl had a dress on hold that she loved, and the bill was $900. She thought it was only $500, and she couldn’t afford it,” a witness told the New York Post’s Page Six.” (more…)

Rumor has it that Mary J Blige and her husband Kendu have set up an appointment to visit California Fertility Partners’ in Los Angeles. This fertility clinic is one of the most prominent clinic’s around, and it is the same clinic that Jennifer Lopez had gotten her consultation when she was trying for a baby. Despite previous pregnancy rumors, Mary J has never been pregnant, but would like to start a family. (more…)
