50 Cent sure knows how to keep the media talkin’! He has linked up with his ex-girlfriend, Vivica Fox for his new video “Do You Think About Me”. How funny is that…

As you may recall, Vivica Fox and 50 Cent didn’t end their relationship on a good note. But the actress has apparently left her bitter split with 50 behind. , “Do You Think About Me?” features his cougar ex Vivica A. Fox as his leading lady. I believe the song takes shots at his ex-girl/baby momma Shaniqua.

During a radio interview in Houston, 50 Cent said “Wait until you see my next video,” to the morning crew. “I wonder what people are going to say when they see Vivica Fox.”

While 50 did admit that the two were friends again, he would not disclose on whether the two of them were in a relationship again. “We had a really good relationship for a short period,” 50 said. “We just weren’t ready for it. I wasn’t ready for it.” 50 Cent dated actress Vivica Fox in the summer of 2003, but announced their split on The Howard Stern Show a few months later. HOT MESS!

Gucci Mane broke his silence relative to his one-year prison sentence which is currently serving for violation of his probation. He detailed how he is handling his time behind bars. Speaking through a statement, Gucci said he has continued to remain positive.

“I have accepted full responsibility for my actions and I am ready to deal with what is in front of me right now,” wrote Gucci. “Thankfully, my label is still moving forward with my album release so I will have plenty to look forward to when I get out. I am remaining positive and want my fans to know that I am grateful for their loyalty and continued support. I will get through this.” (XXL Mag)

According to his attorney, Dwight L. Thomas, the rapper has been trying to recover from drug addiction. Gucci’s probation for a 2005 aggravated-assault case was revoked because the flamboyant rapper has not completed a court-ordered 600 hours of community service, he’s tested positive for marijuana and cocaine during visits to his probation officer and he has not been getting the proper permission to travel as mandated previously by the judge. “[Gucci] told the court yesterday he was on a road to recovery in terms of being clean and sober,” explained Thomas, who also represented T.I. in his recent gun case. “[He is] alcohol free and weed free. … He’s also dealing with the emotional issue of killing somebody. He’s been in counseling and therapy.” (MTV)

Police in Atlanta, Georgia are investigating the Grand Hustle offices owned by rapper T.I., after two Molotov Cocktails were found in front of the building that houses the label. A SWAT team was called to the scene to remove the two explosives devices , while ATF agents are interviewing witnesses in an attempt to identify a suspect. Investigators are currently testing the Molotov cocktails to determine what liquids were in the two bottles. “One of the occupants came out early this morning to start his car up and noticed two suspicious bottles sitting on the front portion of the walkway,” Officer Otis Redmond told MyFox Atlanta 5. T.I., born Clifford Harris Jr., is currently finishing a year-long prison sentence in an Arkansas federal prison for attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers in October of 2008.

Nas and Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley have teamed with National Geographic and V-Tech to present the “Distant Relatives” panel debate in Washington, DC next month. The “Distant Relatives” panel debate will feature DJ Kool Herc, DJ Red Alert, dance hall legend Daddy U-Roy , Jeff Chang, Rakim and King Jammy. The discussion will be moderated by radio personality/MTV host Sway Calloway. The event, which is being filmed for a documentary, will explore the origins of Hip-Hop in addition to the global impact the genre of music has had around the world. For those who cannot attend the actual event, the discussion will also be streamed live and broadcast via National Geographic’s natgeomusic.net website. An after party and open-mic show at DC nightclub Zanzibar will take place following the discussion. Nas and Damian Marley’s “Distant Relatives” panel is slated to take place at National Geographic’s Grosvenor Auditorium on December 12.

11/18/09 The feud between 50 Cent and Rick Ross seems to get worse and worse and even too personal at times. 50 Cent in my opinion, is takin’ it to far. His recent stunt…50 posted various photos on Thisis50.com of Rick Ross’ family posing with 50 and boxer Floyd Mayweather at the boxer’s Las Vegas mansion.  (More scoop/ pics after the jump)

One picture shows Ross’ ex-girlfriend Tia Kemp’s son DeAndre, as he poses in front of Mayweather’s Bentley. Another features Tia posing with 50 Cent, Floyd Mayweather and her sons DeAndre and Kemp and Ross’ son William Roberts Jr, who can be seen sporting a chain with the logo for Ross’ Maybach Music record label.

What is more disturbing is that Ross’ ex, Tia Kemp, is enjoyin’ this and even has her sons posing in the pics. She also publicized the event via her Twitter account.

“In Vegas with the kids and 50 chillin @ Mayweather’s crib………,” she wrote on Saturday. “And yes I will be @ the fight later tonight…@ @mayweathermania crib with 50 and the kids……… Just met Diddy now, I’m loving life right now.” (Tia Kemp’s Twitter)

Even though Chris Brown may have a love jones for his ex, Rihanna seems to have moved on to something new and fresh. According to NY Daily News, the singer is supposedly dating The Wire & 90210 star Tristan Wilds. Wilds showed up at Ri Ri’s house party over the weekend. “No one knew why Tristan was there initially, because it was not an industry party — it was very intimate. But everyone quickly realized they weren’t meeting for the first time, because they were openly affectionate for everyone to see”, a guest who attended the event said.

Allegedly, the couple met through a music producer who’s worked with both of them (Wilds is breaking into the music industry, too). We hear that Wilds is quite the catch for the pop star: “He’s a real gentleman. She likes him a lot, and it shows. From the moment he walked into her party, Rihanna lit up.”

Rihanna has to hit the road soon to promote her new album Rated R, but the two plan to keep in touch while she’s away sources close to the pop star say.

 I am a fan of Tristan and I always said he reminded me of Chris Brown from way back when he was on The Wire. That’s quite ironic that Rihanna is drawn to him.

Did you guys get to see Janet Jackson’s exclusive interview with Robin Roberts? It was pretty good. Janet Jackson, 43, is so soft spoken and her smile is engaging. She spoke about her close relationship with her brother. Michael was simply “Mike” to Janet, while Janet was always “Dunk” to Michael. The last time Janet Jackson saw her brother alive was a few days before her birthday. For the record, during that interview Janet Jackson said she was “single” and was no longer dating Jermaine Dupri despite recent media speculations that the two are still together.

I just got back from NYC…and funny to say the first news I got when I landed was that some woman told off Chris Brown during an event in Manhattan. A woman can be heard screaming at the R&B star as he tries to make his way out of a Footaction store. “F—king beater,” she yells. “You belong in jail … you feel like a man?”

Brown played it cool and continued to take pictures with people as he made his way to a van.

Mother’s of several popular rappers have joined forces for a new talk show much like The View, but in the urban genre.

According to AHH:

The mothers of rappers T-Pain, Lil Wayne and R&B singer Ne-Yo have teamed to create a new talk show, Dinner Table Discussions. Aliyah “Mama Pain” Najm (T-Pain‘s mother), Jacida Carter (Lil Wayne’s mother) and H. Loraine Smith (Ne-Yo’s mother) will serve as hosts of Dinner Table Discussions, which aims to present a quality and informative program. According to the women, their aim is to create a show that will enhance their viewers “educationally, economically, socially and culturally,” by discussing current events, important topics, interviews and feature segments. “Our vision is to be a premier talk show that delivers a creative and informative format that assists viewers in educating and solving challenging issues,” Najm told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “There are situations in our communities, cities, states and even nationwide that people have made us aware of and they want to resolve the issues, but they just don’t know where to get help or how to properly handle certain issues,” Najm said. Dinner Table Discussions is scheduled to launch in 2010.

Congrats to Lil Wayne and Nivea. Over the weekend, Nivea gave birth to a baby boy. This is Lil Wayne’s fourth child and Nivea’s fourth also as she has three other children with ex-husband The Dream.

We hear that Lil Wayne was not rushing to Nivea’s side during the birth of his son. Instead, he was pictured partying up with Drizzy Drake, his new Young Money artist Shanell (who is D. Wood’s (Danity Kane’s) sister)…SMH!

How youuuu doin’ (Wendy Williams Voice)! Chris Brown premiered his video for his second single, “Crawl,” on The Wendy Williams Show, after a behind the scenes look on the the set. (see video after the jump)…

The video was directed by Joseph Kahn in Los Angeles a couple of weeks ago, and co-stars singer/model, Cassie. “Crawl” is the second single from Chris Brown’s third studio album, Graffiti, which will hit stores a week earlier than it’s initial release date, on December 8th.

In somewhat related news, Rihanna finally debuts a video for her first single “Russian Roulette.”

The video was directed by Anthony Mandler, who also directed the video for her other single, “Wait Your Turn (the Wait Is Ova).” Rihanna’s fourth studio album is titled Rated R and will hit stores November 23rd.

Jay-Z has announced the second leg of his North American tour in support of his latest album, The Blueprint 3, which is in stores now. On the tour, Hova will be joined by labelmate, Young Jeezy.

Tour begins on February 22, 2010, in Houston, Texas, making stops in Dallas, New Orleans, Atlanta and Boston before ending on March 26 in Los Angeles’ Staple Center.

Tickets went on sale November 13th on LiveNation.com, while Citi card members have access to presale tickets beginning November 10th and will also have access to VIP Ticket Packages that include VIP Lounge seats, personal concierge, a private pre-show VIP party and more.

Additional dates and on-sale information for the second leg and will be announced in coming days for planned stops in East Rutherford, Uniondale, Atlantic City and Detroit.

This is the second single from Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, which is in stores now. It’s a pretty impressive album…Do you have it?

Last week we posted a picture of AK’s album over, but we just found out it was a fan-made mock up, and WAS NOT the official album cover. Alicia Key’s unveiled the “real deal” this week. What do you think of the official cover (pic’d above) for her upcoming album “Elements of Freedom”.

Her fourth studio album, titled Elements of Freedom, will hit stores just in time for Christmas on December 15th. She recently shot a video for her second single, “Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart,” and it has also been confirmed that the album will have an “Empire State of Mind,” part 2, featuring Jay-Z.

Sounds pretty good.

Radric Davis, otherwise known as Gucci Mane, is behind bars again, according to published reports. The rapper was returned to jail Thursday for violating his probation. He was sentenced to a year… We’ll keep you posted. Love me some GUCCI MANE!

50 Cent is of course at it again. Pictures of him and Joe Budden’s ex-girlfriend surfaced on the net. Tahiry supposedly stopped by 50’s video shoot for his next single “Do You Think About Me” …she posted the pics via her twitter.

We hear that DMX owes the IRS over $1.5 million in back taxes. Allegedly, DMX owes $663,500 in federal income tax . . . and New York has filed liens against him for $8,300, $44,400, and $370,500. WOW…maybe he should have backed out of his upcoming boxing match.

DMX pulled out of the boxing match scheduled against New Mexico based fighter Eric Martinez on December 12 in Alabama, during an event sponsored by Thunder Promotions. According to AHH, One source said DMX pulled out of the fight because his safety could not be guaranteed, while another claimed that the rapper backed out because Thunder Promotions refused his request to “fix” the fight. Thunder Promotions pay seek to sue DMX for pulling out the already advertised event.

In the meantime a variety of popular rappers have been contacted to stand up to Eric Martinez during the fight. A replacement for DMX will be announced as early as next week.
