Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are happy to announce that they are expecinting baby number two! “What’s better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister!” Madden excitedly wrote on the Good Charlotte website Saturday night. “God has truly blessed my family. Hope you’re all feeling as good as I am right now.” Nicole, 27 and her beu Joel, 29 began dating in 2006. They had their first born, baby girl Harlow, on January 11, 2008. They’re very excited about their new addition!

Damn! Nicole Richie pulled a Kanye West move recently. Richie went buckwild outside a NY nightclub on a tourist who tried to take her picture.

According to Page Six, Nicole Richie was pissed with the young fan who was standing outside of an afterparty held at Country Club, hosted by Mark Ronson’s fashion designer sister Charlotte as part of New York Fashion Week. “A young, Swedish tourist was trying to take her photo. Richie shouted, ‘I’m not an animal’ then jumped over the velvet rope, ripped the camera out of the girl’s hand, and smashed it to the ground”, a witness said.

Dang! Well, as a celebrity, shouldn’t you be used to paparazzi always following you? Isn’t it part of the celebrity status life? What do you think?

Awww. It’s nice to see Nicole Richie doing something good for a change. Richie has launched a new onlie gift registry that will provide baby products to moms “in need”.

People.com reports that the program will launch this fall. Families will be allowed to sign up through local social service agencies. The website will show diffrent products that families in need may not be able to afford such as cribs, strollers, blankets, etc. Donators can view the wish-lists and choose what they would like to contribute to that family.

“We take for granted the basic necessities. For some families, it’s a serious struggle,” Richie tells People. “This is one way to ease the financial burden, and help new babies have a good start in life. We are only working with companies and products that Joel and I would use. We’re checking every product out for safety – and all products are BPA-free.” (more…)

Paris Hilton may end up being Nicole Richie’s sister-in-law. Rumor has it that Paris is dating the newly single Good Charlotte guitarist, Benji Madden. Benji is the twin brother of Nicole Richie’s fiancee and baby daddy. Benji Madden recently split from his actress fiancee, Sophie Monk, and is now on the rebound with Ms. Paris Hilton. Nicole Richie 82 Minutes in JAIL!

Nicole Richie was released from jail Thursday after serving 82 minutes of a four-day sentence for driving under the influence of drugs. Richie checked into a women’s jail at 3:15 p.m., was released at 4:37 p.m. “based on her sentence and federal guidelines,” Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Maribel Rizo said without elaborating. Under a federal court mandate to manage jail overcrowding, arrestees sentenced to 30  days or less for a nonviolent offense are usually released within 12 hours, the sheriff’s department said in a
statement. Under the guidelines, Richie was “treated in the same manner as other inmates with a similar sentence,” the statement said. Whatever!
