RICK ROSS is in court again. This time around its not for baby momma drama as previously reported. This time around, Ross is being sued by DJ Vlad for $4 million dollar. DJ Vlad filed the lawsuit in Federal Court in New York on Friday (August 15), claiming that the Ross orchestrated a “brutal attack” on Vlad (born Vlad Lyubovny) at the Ozone Music Awards this past Sunday.

According to a press release from Vlad’s attorney, Brian Caplan, the assault and battery lawsuit against Ross (born William Leonard Roberts II) alleges that “Rick Ross orchestrated a brutal attack upon DJ Vlad, carried out at his direction by his accomplices, in retribution for media coverage of Rick Ross’ prior life as a correctional officer.” (more…)

Rick Ross can’t seem to stay out of the news these days. The Miami Rapper’s baby momma is suing him for child support. The “Biggest Boss” has a two year old son by Tiallondra Nicole Kemp. According to TMZ, Kemp claims that Ross has not been offering financial support to raise their son, William Leonard Roberts,III. She requested that the court order Ross to take a paternity test to prove he is the father. Kemp said all she wants is his financial and physical support because she has been raising their boy on her own. Ross’ lawyer, Allan Zamren , claims that his client already supports the child and pays for medical bills. “[Ross] is an excellent person and an outstanding member in his community,” Zamren said “ I’ve known him for quite some time and it’s a pleasure to represent him”. Gunfire interrupted Rick Ross’s Second Annual Be Out Day yesterday! The annual event, which offers the local community (in Carol City) a day of food, and fun all sponsored by Rick Ross himself, was ruined by some goons who shot into the crowd while Ross and the Poe Boy team got on stage. “He was giving back to the community when this happened,” a source who was there revealed. “Rick and the whole Poe Boy team got on stage and that’s when someone in the crowd started shooting.” Everyone who attended, kids and all, ran for their lives when the shots were fired. It has been reported that Rick Ross and Foxy Brown are no longer an item. Although it was never confirmed OFFICIALLY that they were together, Ross made the announcement that they broke up on Phoenix Radio Station Power 98.3. There was also speculation that the two got engaged last month, especially after the two graced the cover of Hip Hop Weekly, but in an interview with MTV News, Ross denied the rumors. “Nah, nah, nah,” he told us in Los Angeles. “The engagement is just speculation. TheSmokingGun.com has confirmed that gangsta rapper Rick Ross did, in fact, work as a prison guard at one time. The site matched the rapper’s Social Security number with that of William Roberts who graduated from the Florida Department of Corrections (DoC) training academy.The 32-year-old rapper was appointed a prison guard in December of 1995 at the tender age of 19. As previously reported, Ross denied the allegations and labeled pictures of him in a correctional officer’s uniform were fraudulent. At press time, Rick Ross was unavailable for a comment on the prison report. Why deny that you were a Correctional Officer? Is street credibility that important in the world of hip hop? But Rick Ross denies the accusations that he once had a job as a correctional officer before he got into the rap game. So if he was, what’s the big deal? These online hackers putting a picture of my face when I was a teenager in high school on other peoples’ body. A new couple has been revealed in the Hip Hop industry. You wouldn’t believe who it is…Foxy Brown and Rick Ross are now an “official” item. Credible sources from both camps have confirmed that the couple has been dating “seriously” for a couple of months. Foxy Brown is making plans to relocate to Miami from her home in New York in order to be closer to Ross…but thats all contigent upon her ongoing legal matters. “They are in fact a couple. Rick Ross swept her off of her feet and this is gonna the next Big Hip-Hop couple,” an inside source close to both rappers told the media. “They both are in love.”

Rick Ross told us that T.I. will be producing some tracks for his upcoming album “Depper Than Rap”. Ross said that T.I. approached him and wanted to collaborate on his project which is expected to hit shelves later this year. “I was in the Grand Hustle studio. [Tip] told me he wanted to produce five records for me,” Rick Ross revealed. “I was like, ‘Wow. It’s all good.’ We sat down, and he played some beats for me. It was one of those special moments, ’cause I got so much respect for him as an artist, as a lyricist, as a CEO. Now he reeled me in as a producer. Real talk. I’m not saying he’s gonna sell them [beats] to everybody, but he laced me.” (more…)
