If you missed her, she’s back! Star of the hit “I Love New York” series, Tiffany “New York” Pollard returns to VH1 and this time she’s ready to…work?  That’s right, VH1’s resident reality queen will experience what everyone else in America does—work a real job.  She tackled the Hollywood world in “New York Goes to Hollywood,”  and now Tiffany is gearing up to tackle America’s working world in “New York Goes to Work,” premiering Monday, May 4 at 10PM.* After her rollercoaster journey in “New York Goes to Hollywood,” Tiffany found out that the acting world is harsh and landing roles isn’t always so easy.  So what is a girl to do?  Every actress needs a day job, even the queen of reality.  Believe it or not, Tiffany will be trying to find a J-O-B…with your help!

Each week America will choose from a list of three possible job opportunities and vote via their mobile phones by texting which job they would like to see Tiffany try.  Will she be a Cal Trans sewer worker, a mortuary beautician, or a fast food employee?  It will be up to you.  And don’t think it will be easy for Tiffany.  She’ll be worked, in all aspects of the job!  Why again is she doing this?  For the money of course.  If she can impress her new employers, she’ll receive a $5,000 bonus each week.  But, if she quits, fails, or gets fired, she’ll get absolutely nothing.

Is T.O. looking for Mrs. Right? I just got word from VH1 that they have teamed up with one of the most recognizable names and personalities in sports – Terrell Owens — who will star in his own reality show slated to premiere in the summer of 2009 on VH1.

The series follows one of the NFL’s biggest and most outspoken stars, wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys, Terrell “T.O.” Owens.  In the series, T.O. will be shadowed in the off-season by his best friends and publicists Monique Jackson and Kita Williams as they battle the two sides of his large personality.  (more…)

For all you fans of VH1’s “The White Rapper Show”, you’ll know who I am talking about. New York rapper, Persia, is facing 3 years behind the slammer! Back in 2006, Persia was charged with gun possession after cops found a loaded weapon on her during a routine traffic stop. Persia said she carried the gun to protect herself from her crazy ex-boyfriend who continuously threatened to harm her and her family. “I was involved in an abusive relationship which led to him trying to kill me. I felt I had no choice but to protect myself,” explained Persia. “Someone I know bought me a gun so that I could get from my front door to my car without being attacked or even killed.” (more…)

Fox News reported that Sharon Osbourne is currently under investigation by the LAPD after a contestant on her reality show accused the rocker wife of attacking her and sending her to the hospital.  Megan Hauserman, a 26-year-old contestant on “Rock of Love: Charm School” claims Osbourne pulled her hair violently and scratched her on the recent reunion episode until security managed to pull her off. Daily Mail reports that Osbourne, 56, reportedly lost it when Hauserman said she was merely famous for managing a “brain-dead rock star,” in reference to her husband Ozzy Osbourne. (more…)

More of America’s favorite contestants from VH1’s hit series Rock of Love, I Love New York, Flavor of Love and Real Chance of Love are set to star in the network’s latest celebreality series, I Love Money 2 premiering on Monday, January 26 at 9:00 PM. Hosted by Craig J. Jackson, the 12-episode series will pit 19 fan favorite contestants against one another for a chance to win a $250,000 grand prize.

Beginning today, Monday, December 8, VH1 will begin rolling-out specifics from I Love Money online on the VH1 Blog.  Each day throughout the week the VH1 Blog will uncover the names of a few of the new cast members until all have been revealed.  In addition, the Blog will also roll-out never-before-seen photos, biographies and even more exclusive details leading up to the premiere on Monday, January 26.

The new cast will travel to Mexico where they will participate in outrageous challenges to test their determination to get rich.  For this group of men and women competing for a chance at love is nothing compared to competing for their true heart’s desire, money.

The first season of I Love Money ended Sunday night, and Hoopz won the $250,000. Did you watch it? I honestly thought White Boy was going to win the show, but he clearly got stumped at the last challenge, LOL!

Regarding her win, Hoopz told VH1, “I was in denial when I did win. So I am completely grounded about it. $250,000 is a lot of money but there’s more out there. I’m saving it all.”
