UPDATE: Vivica A. Fox contacted BV Buzz exclusively to address the matter. In a statement that the star of ‘Two Can Play That Game’ and ‘Soul Food’ sent via e-mail late Monday night, she declared: “Vivica A. Fox is no friend of The Psychic Friends Network.” Fox is alleging that the footage circulating online “is using her unauthorized likeness, footage, voice and photographs as an endorsement of their service.” Additionally, the actress is demanding that The Psychic Friends Network “cease and desist immediately” with use of the video and images. Details about why the video was shot or how the images were obtained by The Psychic Friends Network were not explained.

Fox” searches for the next great celebrity stylist who has what it takes to become the stylist to the stars through their ability to create a chic masterpiece using the three key elements of fashion – hair, make-up and wardrobe. In this first episode, they meet their host, actress Vivica A. Fox, along with her glam panel of judges, US WEEKLY Bureau Chief Melanie Bromley, and celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch. After viewing highlights from their portfolios, Vivica and her glam panel select four team leaders for their first challenge: “Who wore it best?” Each team must create a red carpet moment using identical designer dresses. By the end of the night, two stylists will be eliminated from the competition and sent home.

Vivica A. Fox caught the reality show bug. Fox has inked a deal with VH1 to debut a new competitive show that searches for the next great celebrity stylist. The show, entitled “Glam God With Vivica A. Fox” is due to premiere this summer. The contestant will compete to become a stylist to the stars. Their talents must include three elements: hair, make-up, and wardrobe. Each week the stylist will be tested on their knowledge of fashion and style trends to create the perfect celebrity look from head to toe. Whoever fails, loses their style license and are sent packing home. The remaining stylist will have a chance to style an A-List celebrity and receive $100,000 in cash.

 ”Vivica is a movie star and a fashion icon who knows how to step onto the red carpet and nail it every single time,” said Jeff Olde, Executive Vice President, Original Programming and Production, VH1. “Her instincts are impeccable and she knows how critical it is to have a ‘glam god’ she can trust to create a star-making killer look. We are thrilled that we have her vision and insights to drive this show.”

Flavor Flav and  VH1 are partnering up to find an aspiring producer to help create Flav’s new single. The competition, entitled  “VH1’s The Track with Flavor Flav,” launched on February 20 on flavorffloveworld.com. To enter, participants must submit an original audio composition without vocals between now and March 13.  Flav will select three finalists who will go up against each other in an online poll. The winner will have the opportunity to work with the Public Enemy hypeman to record and produce his new single. A grand prize winner will be announced on April 1. Vivica A. Fox’s reps are denying that she is involved in a sex tape currently making its rounds on the Internet. Fox’s manager, Lita Richardson, tells New York Daily News column Rush & Malloy, “It’s not true,” relative to the infamous Vivica Fox Sex Tape. As reported last week, the footage was secretly recorded by the man in the video, then reportedly e-mailed to his friends. The clip was eventually e-mailed to Fox, who promptly sought advice from “a friend at the Atlanta Police Department.”  Atlanta police spokesman James Polite told Rush & Malloy: “At this time, we have no formal complaint from Miss Fox.”  “If it was something that was consensual, we’re not looking at a crime, per se,” Polite added. “If the [boyfriend] is trying to extort Miss Fox, that’s when we begin to look at a criminal element.”

Vivica Fox is rumored to have appeared in a controversial sex tape that is currently making the rounds. And in the tape, Vivica is inebriated and seen on her knees servicing a male friend who recorded the dirty deed on his cell phone. The man, who is from Atlanta allegedly emailed the sex video to friends who then emailed it to Vivica who in turn sent it over to the Atlanta police.

Sandra Rose, an Atlanta blogger, wrote in her blog about the Vivica fox sex video.  “In the tape, an apparently inebriated Vivica can be seen on her knees servicing a male friend who surreptitiously taped the encounter on his cell phone. Allegedly the man, who lives in Atlanta, emailed the tape to friends who emailed it to Vivica. She quickly forwarded the tape to a friend at the Atlanta police department. “It isn’t known if Vivica filed an official complaint with the police or if she asked her police friend to handle the situation privately.”

Well rumor has it that Vivica visited a sperm bank in L.A. recently inquiring about the procedure. A employee at the sperm bank leaked to the media that Vivica asked to see their candidates of a TALL ATHLETIC AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE…I guess the 42 year old actress is going through her “Halle Berry” phase and really wants a baby. Her own stylist claiming she was drinking alcohol in violation of a court order. Guests including Shaquille O’Neal, Brooke Hogan and Swizz Beatz were enjoying the festivities at Sol nightclub for her belated 43rd bday. The horrible evening all began when a promised Rolls-Royce Phantom failed to appear at Mr.  Chow to take Fox to the party. Her dinner companion, Star Jones, dropped her off instead.Then there was a red carpet fiasco when Bronx rapper Remy Ma arrived UNINVITED.”Remy and her management were asked not to attend by the club in advance,  due to her pending court case for attempted murder,” says an organizer. But like any good diva, the rapper strutted her curves in a tight dress on the red carpet until “she  was turned away at the door by a wall of security.”The next day, a check for Fox’s  $2,500 appearance fee was rejected by her bank because it was drawn on a closed account.When contacted, celebrity stylist Messiah McNair admitted he bounced the  check, and promised to replace the money. But a little later he called back, clearly irked at Fox that the information had got out.”You can say she was drinking,” McNair claimed. Earlier this month, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge barred Fox from consuming alcohol, pending her upcoming arraignment on a March DUI.”I poured red  wine for her into a can of Red Bull so she could drink,” McNair claimed. “She asked me to do that.”Fox was on a plane to Los Angeles late yesterday and unable to respond before press time. Damn her entourage really ratted her out…lol!
