Yesterday, NBC aired “Inside the Obama White House” which gave viewers an insight on where the Obama’s live and their everday lives. You also got to get a glimpse of the extremely young, fast and loose players who make up Team Obama. I absolutely love OUR PRESIDENT…he is definitely relatable. Students at Washington D.C.’s SEED School were excited to get a visit from President Barack Obama, former president Bill Clinton, Sen. Ted Kennedy and others to promote the signing of a new $5.7 billion national service act. But it was the presence of pop star Usher that appeared to thrill the high school students the most, according to the Washington Post. (more…)

The 2009 Easter Roll went down at the White House on Monday. Tons of children joined the Obama family for the Easter festivities. Recording artist Fergie performed “The Star-Spangled Banner” to kick off the event. Check out the video:

There was a lot of excitement at the White House this weekend. President Obama’s daughters received a pleasant surprise. They finally got their dog that they waited so long for. Senator Edward M. Kennedy gave a Portuguese water dog to the first daughters as a gift. They named the 6-month-old puppy Bo Diddley. Malia and Sasha chose the name, because their cousins have a cat named Bo and because first lady Michelle Obama’s father was nicknamed Diddley, a source said.

LOL! Man this is a hot ghetto mess! The creator of Chia Pet thought it was a fabulous idea to make the Barack Obama Chia Head! Why? Well, just moments after the Obama Chia Head arrived on Walgreens store shelves, it was quickly pulled from circulation in Chicago and Tampa Bay locations. The reason behind the removal of the product is because Walgreens received alot of complaints of racism associated with the Chia Pet version of the President.

It “is not appropriate for the company’s corporate image,” Walgreens spokesman Robert Elfinger said of the presidential Chia Pet in a statement.

The Obama Chia comes in two version, one “happy” the other the “determined” Obama, and this its still available online www.chiaobama.com. BUFFOONERY at its best!

Okay I got another good article from my partna in crime, RiQ, regarding some shocking political news. Walmart, the nation’s largest private employer, is afraid that Barack Obama will be elected as next president. You ask why? Well, If Obama (who supports the Employee Free Choice Act) wins, Wal-Mart employees might unionize. Walmart is so worried about Obama winning, the store managers have meetings trying to encourage staff to vote against him in the upcoming election.The managers may not say it directly, but the insinuation that “voting for Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Barack Obama would be tantamount to inviting unions in”, according to Wal-Mart employees who attended gatherings in Maryland, Missouri and other states.

WomenCount, a women’s advocacy group, has asked the Democratic Party to give Ludacris a “blanket condemnation” for calling Sen. Hillary Clinton a “b*tch” in his song entitled “Politics:Obama is here” which also disses Sen. McCain (who cares), President Bush (double who cares), and Rev. Jesse Jackson.

In an e-mail Wednesday afternoon to its membership, WomenCount stated: “It is another example of hateful, sexist language being used on the campaign trail, and now is our moment to make it clear: not on our watch! The leadership of both parties must step up to condemn such hateful speech and demand apologies. The Obama campaign has criticized the lyrics, but we call on the presumptive party nominee, who is the celebrated subject of the new song, to go even further: Publicly condemn the song.
