“I really was beating myself up over my daughter. I was staying in the house, depressed; it was a dark moment in my life. [Acting] keeps me functioning as a healthy human being,” the one-time boxing world champ told Entertainment Tonight on Thursday. (more…)

Two weeks after his four year old daughter passed away due to a freak accident, Mike Tyson decided to marry his girlfriend Lakiha Spicer. The two exchanged vows in Las Vegas at a wedding chapel on Saturday says the chapel owner, Shawn Absher. Mr Absher said the former boxer and Spicer, of Henderson in Las Vegas, asked for a simple ceremony with “nothing special”. “They just wanted to say the vows and be married,” he said. (more…)

VERY SAD NEWS! Last night, Mike Tyson’s 4-year-old daughter at a hospital on Tuesday, a day after her neck apparently got caught in a treadmill cord at her Phoenix home, police said. According to Fox News, Exodus Tyson had been on life support and police have said their investigation showed her injury on Monday was a “tragic accident.” (more…)

Foxx, who won an award for his portrayal of soul legend Ray Charles in the flick ‘Ray’, admitted that he would love to portray Mike in a flick. This is probably inspired by the new documentary “Tyson” that premiered last month. The documentary was produced by Ex MTV VJ & Charm School Host La La Vazquez ’s production company KROSSOVER (which she runs with her fiance, Carmelo Anthony).
Jamie Foxx says, “I think I would have to play Mike Tyson. I’ve talked to Mike several times and his story is the most tragic American story… Mike’s story is about what America and the world is about today”. (more…)

OMG! This is too funny…Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson gave his two sense about the Chris Brown and Rihanna domestic violence situation calling the embattled R&B singer a “baby” for his alleged beatdown of girlfriend Rihanna. The funny part is just how he said “He is just a baby”. They kept on playing it on our local station this morning, and I couldn’t stop laughing. Between the Beyonce fake audio and this, nothing but laughter!
“My personal opinion about it is he’s just a baby,” Tyson told MTV News. “He’s just a little baby that don’t know how to handle his emotions when it comes to a woman. … But the fact [is], you look at this person and you might be crazy in love, but we don’t know how to handle those feelings.”
